Belaya Dacha Logopark is the largest logistics complex in Russia, which comprises five Class A terminals. A – class is the most high-tech: the logopark boasts sophisticated ventilation and air conditioning systems, an autonomous heating unit, a power plant, an advanced fire alarm, a video surveillance system, night lighting fixtures and controlled access to the premises. Warehouse complexes of this class are designed for storing various bulk cargoes.

All of the terminals are made of lightweight and safe metal structures and sandwich panels. The concrete flooring has a protective anti-dust coating, and the height of the ceilings is at least 12 metres. This facilitates the installation of multi-level shelving equipment and convenient pallet storage. 

In 2012, the implemented project was nominated for the Commercial Real Estate Awards in the Industrial Real Estate category.

In 2013, the complex was sold to a strategic investor.
