MEGA Belaya Dacha is one of the largest shopping and entertainment centres in Europe, comparable in scale with Westfield London and Forum in Istanbul. 

The family-friendly shopping centre built by a joint venture of Sweden-based Ingka Centres (IKEA Centres) and Belaya Dacha has instantly become one of the most popular shopping hotspots in Russia.  A year after its opening, the successfully implemented project received an honourable prize at the Commercial Real Estate Awards and gained acclaim from leading real estate market experts worldwide. 

The project took several years to complete, and the facilities were delivered in two stages. At the very outset, IKEA became Belaya Dacha’s first international partner in the development and construction of large shopping and entertainment centres. The tenants, IKEA and OBI, have provided a steady customer inflow, with multiple added shoppers drawn by numerous stores and boutiques representing top fashion brands. The conveniently located centre can accommodate  over 7 million visitors. Each year MEGA Belaya Dacha welcomes over 39 million shoppers.
