The development and operation of advanced networks and utilities in Kotelniki is a separate significant focus area of Belaya Dacha Group. The water boiler facility commissioned in 2012 was one of the industrial development projects. The boiler facility supplies heat to the properties of Belaya Dacha Group and partners as well as to commercial, housing and public facilities in Kotelniki, Moscow Region.

The planned capacity of the boiler facility is 96 MW, and it is fuelled by natural gas. The hi-tech state-of-the-art architectural solution was fully implemented and elaborated already at the design stage. Since its launch, the boiler facility has been outfitted with powerful and safe high-tech equipment produced by leading manufacturers.
